Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents related to estate and trust matters
• Assist in the administration of estates and trusts, including preparing and filing court documents
• Communicate with clients and other parties involved in legal proceedings
• Manage and organize legal files and documents
• Participate in meetings with attorneys and clients to discuss legal matters
• Perform other duties as assigned by attorneysQualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in the estate and trust field
  • Strong knowledge of estate and trust law and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
