Attorney Position: Senior Real Estate Transactional Attorney
Location: White Plains, NY (Hybrid/Remote Flexibility)
Compensation: $190,000 - $220,000/year About the Opportunity Are

estate landscape. What You'll Do As a key member of our legal team,
you'll: Lead the drafting and negotiation of high-value real estate
contracts, including purchase/sale agreements, leases, and
financing documents. Conduct meticulous due diligence to uncover
risks and ensure regulatory compliance. Review title documents and
perform title searches to guarantee clean property transfers.
Advise clients on development projects, zoning laws, and regulatory
frameworks. Oversee closing procedures, ensuring every legal detail
is flawlessly executed. Counsel clients on risk mitigation
strategies and financial structuring. Stay ahead of legal trends
and market shifts to provide forward-thinking guidance. What You
Bring Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active
license to practice law in New York (or ability to obtain). 6 years
of hands-on experience in real estate transactional law. Deep
expertise in contract negotiation, title review, leasing, and
financing. Commercial real estate experience is a strong plus.
