Symbridge is looking for a Head of Product who will be responsible for driving and translating the product vision into concrete deliverables to achieve client centric product strategy. What you'll do:

• Lead ideation, delivery of product roadmap and features across Symbridge's current and future platforms in an Agile setting
• Work closely with clients and key stakeholders to define and develop detail product and business requirements utilizing user-centric decision making
• Leverage a data-driven approach to monitor results, tackle problems directly and promote solutions
• Analyze regulations and lead design walkthroughs, demos and functionality feedback session with internal and external stakeholders
• Facilitate communication across all project phases and proactively alert management of changes in scope, timelines and resources
• Cultivate relationships to drive alignment across internal functions and facilitate collaboration

  • Experienced in leading, mentoring and growing a team of product managers
  • Tenacious, self-starter who thrives in understanding the details of complex, cross-functional projects and can effectively distill into actionable project plans
  • Eager to ask questions and understand business and product objectives
  • Inherently curious about how things work and the ability to self-educate when necessary
  • Energetic and have patience to work in a dynamic environment and rapidly growing industry
  • Proficient in major design, development, and project management applications (i.e., Jira, Smartsheet,, PowerPoint, Sketch, etc.)
  • Sharp with excellent attention to detail and top-notch communication & presentation skills What you'll need to have:
    • 10 or more years in a Trading/product manager role with at least 1 year of crypto and/or blockchain experience. Exchange experience is ideal
    • Ability to short circuit the noise and make decisions
    • Knowledge of FIX / WebSockets
    • Knowledge of order types interaction / matching engine logic
    • Skills to assess the activities of our competitors to proactively suggest improvements/upgrades to the platform
    • Ability to dive deep into the technical make up of a trade and how these factors can impact a client experience
    • Experience with complex financial instruments
    • Understand the challenges institutional clients may have in trading in digital asset class and how this could differ to what they are used to in traditional environment
    • Collaborate across business, marketing, product, customer success, compliance, and technology teams to continuously improve the customer experience
    • Ability to speak customer's language in trading and investment in cryptocurrency. Ability to translate customer requests into specs and prioritize them
    • Serve as a product expert. Be passionate about the digital asset space. Stay on top of the industry trends and news.
    • BS and preferably MA in computer science or relevant field Nice to have
      • Deep understanding of products within the digital asset space. Experience trading products will be a plus but not a requirement
      • Experience leading teams that have successfully launched new financial products
