The level will be determined by the client. You will be the main point of contact for the client, a strategist, a project manager and a liaison. Prefer northeast (NJ, NY, PA) BUT will consider anywhere in US close to an airport if able to travel to client site as needed once travel restrictions are liftedThe Client Services Manager (Assistant OR Associate Director), under general direction of the Director of Client Services, AoR Account Lead, and on behalf of clients, with this hands-on role helps maintain and grow strong client relationships with assigned brands, contributes to product payer strategy development, develops and drives innovative managed market initiatives, works with internal teams to ensure the quality of deliverables and interactions with assigned clients, and ensures projects are completed on time and budget for assigned clients. Qualified candidate will have an attention to detail and be a proactive, critical thinker who is interested and able to work in a matrixed, team-oriented organization where all team members take responsibility for the quality and validity of the project. This role requires experience in the healthcare industry (client or consulting side).
