Job Description:

We are looking for a financed focused, high-energy Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant with some background in hospitality accounting in the Greenwich, CT area. This position requires work in our various venues and coordination with Corporate Controller. Day-to-day duties will include payroll reconciliation and input, invoice input, accounts payable administration, HR compliances, weekly/monthly financial reporting, and generating of profit and loss statements. We require a minimum of 3 years'' experience in a financial related field. Bookkeeper Requirements and Qualifications: Experience in a financial-related field or position - 3 years of solid bookkeeping/accountingExperience in processing payroll for a large group or multi-unit propertiesProven knowledge of accounting principles and state/federal lawsAbility to work independently and meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlinesAcute attention to detail and efficient work habits; reliable, dependable, professionalMust be proactive, driven/self-starter, and a team player with strong communication skillsProficiency with all Microsoft Office programs and QuickBooksAssociate''s Degree or higherBenefits:50% Company Contribution to Health InsurancePTO- 2 weeks paid vacation per year5 Day/40-45 hour workweek- All Major Holidays OFFCompetitive SalaryAmazing company cultureby Jobble
