Job Description:

DARCARS Automotive Group is now seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a new department with a growing company!As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you are responsible for building successful relationships with hiring managers and recruiting for both active and passive candidates for the dealerships, collision centers and corporate office. Roles include but are not limited to automotive technicians, sales consultants, service advisors, sales managers, finance and insurance managers, painters, body shop technicians, service advisors, call center agents, accounting personnel and other dealership support roles.How you will utilize your skills:

  • Source and interview virtually a high-volume number of candidates for the company
  • Continuous follow up with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Manage the ATS/HRIS candidate workflow and ensure documentation of notes from all parties
  • Communicate daily with General Managers, Service Managers, Parts Managers, HR and department head
  • Think strategically and consult with hiring managers quarterly on recruitment analytics to drive business performance and retention
  • Utilize your sense of detail and organizational skills to follow ATS recruiting work-flow processes accordingly
  • Communicate with the HR team to ensure all of your passive hires are successfully on-boarded
  • Work with the marketing team to increase and drive engagement with employer branding on multiple channels digitally
  • Build relationships with technical institutes and universities to source candidates virtually; attend virtual hiring eventsSkills You've Crafted and What We're Looking For:
    • 2-3yrs of successful end-to-end recruiting experience
    • Prior experience recruiting in either the automotive, manufacturing or retail industry
    • You understand technical skill-sets of technicians
    • Be able to manage 30-60 open requisitions at a time
    • Experience with employment branding and reputation management on social media channels; LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Indeed, etc.
    • Experience using behavioral hiring assessments and competency based interviewing techniques
    • Have the ability to analyze recruitment data and make sound business decisions that will help drive the business forward and build successful relationships with your clients
    • Experience building reports in an ATS/HRIS a plus!
    • Excellent public speaking skills, customer service skills and writing, tech savvy
    • You are motivated, optimistic, self-driven and a team player; let's win together!
    • You are flexible and adaptable to business needs
      • Experience working with senior level leadership and have a talent network
      • Familiar with using recruiting systems (ATS/HRIS), Workday
      • Experience using LinkedIn recruiter license, YouTube, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Instagram, Facebook, and job aggregators
      • Must be comfortable being on video as it will be required during virtual interviewing and virtual career fairs
      • Google certifications a plus!
      • Must have a valid driver license
