Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and organized Youth Program Lead Coordinator to support our Vice President of Football Operations and General Manager in delivering outstanding youth programming. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Sofive x Manchester City Youth Programs and Lil' Kickers classes. The ideal candidate is proactive, energetic, highly organized, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Support the coaching staff before, during, and after all program sessions
  
• Work closely with senior management to develop and implement a sales strategy for Sofive x Manchester City Youth Programs and Lil' Kickers classes
  
• Oversee all administrative aspects of the programs, including but not limited to:
  
• Member and team management
  
• Hosting induction webinars
  
• Managing inventory and stock levels (e.g., uniforms, equipment)
  
• Processing payments
  
• Updating and maintaining program registers and attendance records
  
• Foster a positive, energetic environment that reflects the Sofive, Manchester City, and Lil' Kickers cultures
  
• Ensure a consistently professional, clean, and welcoming appearance and atmosphere at all events and sessions
  
• Maintain a flexible schedule to oversee and support programs during weeknights and weekends
  
• Perform other duties as required to support the success of the programs
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Entry-level coaching qualifications (US Grassroots Licenses) preferred, but not essential
    
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about soccer and the youth sports industry
    
  • Commitment to health, wellness, and youth development
    
  • Assertive, enthusiastic, energetic, and punctual
    
  • Strong communication skills; able to build rapport with players, parents, and team captains
    
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and delivering a high level of customer service
    
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    
  • Spanish-speaking skills are highly valued but not required
    
    Compensation and Benefits

    • Competitive base salary $48,000 - $52,000
