(PPFA) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that supports the
independently incorporated Planned Parenthood affiliates, which
operate non-profit health centers across the U.S. PPFA also works
to educate the public on and advocate for issues of sexual and
reproductive health. Formed as the advocacy arm of Planned
Parenthood Federation of America, Planned Parenthood Action Fund is
a separate non-profit membership organization tax-exempt under
section 501(c)(4). The Action Fund engages in educational,
advocacy, and limited electoral activity, including grassroots
organizing, legislative advocacy, and voter education in
furtherance of the Planned Parenthood mission. Committed to
electing candidates who are steadfast in their support for sexual
and reproductive health and rights in furtherance of the Action
Fund's mission, Planned Parenthood Votes (PPVotes), an independent
expenditure committee (SuperPAC) registered with the Federal
Election Commission, conducts independent expenditures in federal
races, and engages in state elections as permitted by state
campaign finance laws. Planned Parenthood Federation of America
(PPFA) and Planned Parenthood Action Fund (Action Fund) seek a
Digital Project Manager to provide operational, administrative, and
project management support for content team campaign work across
PPFA (C3) and Action Fund (C4) channels. This job reports to the
Director, Social Media, Advocacy in the Content, Culture, and
Events department. The Content and Culture team carries out Planned
Parenthood’s strategy to increase the visibility and utility of
Planned Parenthood by creating medically accurate, engaging content
and executing interdepartmental online campaigns, as well as
fighting back against political or administrative attacks on our
health care or the services Planned Parenthood health centers
provide. This role is expected to begin in February 2026 and end in
December 2026. Purpose: The Digital Project Manager will provide
operational, administrative, and project management support for
content team campaign work across C3 and C4 channels. As the
election cycle intensifies, this role will support Planned
Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA), Planned Parenthood Action
Fund (Action Fund), Planned Parenthood PAC (PPACT) and Planned
Parenthood Votes’ (PPV) federal and state electoral campaign
content workstreams. This person will serve as the connective
tissue across Action Fund and teams—ensuring that projects are
organized, compliant, and strategically aligned from concept
through execution. The ideal candidate is a proactive,
detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced,
mission-driven environments and is passionate about social change.
Engagement: Serve as a key liaison between internal departments,
partners, and external vendors, ensuring smooth communication and
alignment across workstreams. Partner with leadership to prioritize
projects, clarify needs, and anticipate potential challenges or
breakdowns. Facilitate collaboration across cross-departmental
collaborators to manage campaign activities, track expenditures,
and communicate updates. Convene team check-ins and debriefs to
assess progress, gather input, and realign priorities as needed.
Build and maintain strong working relationships across teams and
vendors to support shared goals and ensure program accountability.
Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of PPFA and Action Fund’s
digital projects and Action Fund and PPV’s electoral projects,
ensuring timelines, deliverables, and workflows are clearly
defined, aligned, and executed efficiently. Drive cohesive,
strategic storytelling across digital and social assets, campaigns,
and paid tactics. Serve as the owner of project management systems
(e.g., Asana, Google Workspaces, etc.) to organize content
workflows, track progress, and ensure accountability. Coordinate
vendor relationships, including contracts, budgets, invoices, and
compliance tracking. Lead documentation processes—tracking
deliverables, approvals, and expenditures across teams and
entities. Maintain quality control by ensuring review processes and
reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to manage
campaign reporting and external filing requirements. Prepare and
manage meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on key action
items to ensure momentum and clarity. Performs other duties as
assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs): 3–5 years of
related professional experience in project management, social
media, digital production, campaigns, or organizing required. High
school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's
degree preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex
projects with competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of digital content workflows, creative
production, and campaign operations. Experience with budget
management, vendor contracting, invoice processing, and compliance
coordination. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal
communication skills with strong attention to detail. Skilled at
developing and maintaining systems that increase efficiency and
accountability across teams. Collaborative, adaptable, and able to
manage up and across functions. Ability to maintain composure in
high-pressure or rapid-response moments. Commitment to reproductive
rights, equity, and social change. $87,000 - $90,000 a year Travel:
