As the Manager, Consolidations and Reporting, you'll oversee intercompany reconciliation among all the entities and prepare summary schedules for the intercompany transactions between parent company and subsidiaries. What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Oversee the Company's external financial reporting process, including SEC reporting (Form 10-K,10-Q), quarterly and annual census reporting, and other financial and governmental statutory reporting as required
  • Participate in the Company's Disclosure Committee and when appropriate Audit and Risk Oversight Committee
  • Oversee the preparation and review of quarterly financial statements, including statement of cash flows
  • Ensure compliance with all SEC and GAAP and disclosure requirements
  • Ensure the proper implementation of new accounting pronouncements into financial statements
  • Lead various process improvement initiatives to eliminate redundancies and improve efficiency
  • Assist with the internal and external stakeholder review of the reporting deliverables
  • Support the annual audit and quarterly review activities with external auditors
  • Support testing by internal and external auditors on internal controlsWhat you need to succeed at XPO:At a minimum, you'll need:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
    • 5 years of related experience It'd be great if you also have:
      • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
        • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
