You will be responsible for driving our global brand, digital marketing and content strategy to engage stakeholders and drive customer demand. In this role, you will partner closely with internal and external business partners to develop persuasive content experiences in support of business priorities.   • Develop global content marketing strategy and engaging content that helps shape our brand strategy and addresses the needs of multiple stakeholders with effective storytelling across multiple formats and channels, e.g. video, case studies, campaign content, email, landing pages, blogs, social media, marketing campaigns, etc.
  • Support the vision and strategy for global website to articulate GXO's value proposition for key audiences, including customers, prospects, investors and employees; optimize its ability to guide audiences to take the next step in their journey
  • Leverage data and analytics to uncover insights to inform strategy, content/campaign creation and optimization
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and execute global and regional digital campaigns to deliver messaging, engagement, conversion and demand generation objectives
  • Maximize visibility of relevant and persuasive content, both globally and locally
  • Identify opportunities to maximize the value of content developed by various teams, including leveraging content across geographies, adapting for different touchpoints and audiences
  • Identify and manage partnership and sponsorship opportunities
  • Ensure brand identity guidelines remain current and relevant, and ensure compliance via education and content approvals
  • Manage external media and content agency relationships
  • Act as internal subject matter expert and thought leader for all aspects of digital marketing to ensure we are making the most of modern marketing techniques and tools to continue to evolve and maximize the impact of our marketing effortsWhat you need to succeed at GXO:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
    • 7 years of digital marketing experience
    • Expertise in content strategy and development, including global websites, content and search engine optimization
    • Media and campaign development experience across all digital channels, including demand generation and search
    • Working knowledge of website best practices, content management systems and analytics tools
    • Understanding of data privacy and compliance requirementsIt'd be great if you also have:
      • 10 years of digital marketing experience
        • Passion for creative storytelling and track record of writing and developing compelling content
        • B2B experience
        • Proactive self-starter and team player, comfortable working with diverse teams and taking initiative
        • Graphic design, creative development experience
