Location: Greenwich, Connecticut
Hours: M-F 9:00am - 6:00pmET
Work Week: 5 days/week but can be in NYC office 2 days/week

$35Bn+ Asset Manager seeking an experienced Legal & Compliance Analyst / Associate to join the team due to growth! Role will report directly into the firm's CCO - who is genuine, fun to work with and an awesome mentor, alongside 5+ Compliance Professionals. Candidates who are not currently in a professional Financial Services or Legal seat (with Financial Services Clients) will not be considered for this role. [Financial Services: Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Investment Bank, Big4, Venture Capital, Tech Startup etc.]

Responsibilities:
Provide support to the legal and compliance team
Assist with general corporate matters, including formation, dissolution, and registration of legal entities, preparing written consents, board resolutions and incumbency/officer certificates and reviewing third-party vendor contracts
Oversee the review process for confidentiality agreements, including managing the third-party vendor
Coordinate and complete various regulatory applications, requests, and filings
Manage and respond to various KYC requests
Track litigation matters and other material disclosures
Liaise with corporate service providers; registered agents and other third-party vendors

Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience within the financial services field
Four-year degree from an accredited college or university; a graduate degree such as a JD is a plus but is not required*
Excellent communication, interpersonal written and proof-reading skills
Advanced proficiency with MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; intermediate spreadsheet skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple streams of information & tasks
Process-oriented and very strong attention to detail
Efficient time management and strong sense of urgency
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Self-Starter, Personable, mature, poised, Team player
