Seeking a Business Systems Analyst with the ability to communicate with business units, development teams, and stakeholders. Strong experience translating technical requirements and driving the delivery of application development will be critical for this role. You will work closely with the business on gathering, validating, and documenting business information, needs, and participating in the development lifecycle to help deliver high value solutions.

Qualifications:

• 
  
• 5+ years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst with core competencies in Data.
  
• 2+ years of experience working in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
  
• Experience with Data Management, Data Quality, Data mapping, and Data performance
  
• Research & stewardship of multiple master data sources
  
• 5+ years' experience working and communicating with clients gathering requirements and providing expert IT advice.
  
• Being able to use system and business knowledge to optimize delivery and quickly resolve issues.
  
• Translates moderately complex business and system needs for developers.
  
• Drives quality improvements - measures, monitors, and analyzes production quality trends.
  
• Shares weekly assigned tasks for both project progress and system issues.
  
• Updates Performance Objectives/Evaluation document.
  
• Makes suggestions and track internal and external data
  
• Must be competent to work at a high technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis activities.

  • Experience with these tools: Excel, Alteryx, Data.World, Python, SQL, Collibra
    
  • SME in the insurance industry (reinsurance is a plus)
    
  • Experience with Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, data quality solutions are a plus.
    
  • Ability to research and resolve data or process issues and identify potential solutions
