We are committed to helping more new businesses get started, increase the revenues of our customers, and help bridge the gap between online merchants and payment solutions.Our mission is to give companies the tools they need to change the future of their business.Requirements:Job SummaryThe data integrity analyst is responsible for validating, standardizing, and managing commission payments that enhance the accounting process efficiency and ensure the transactional accuracy we receive monthly. The individual will interact with various departments such as Operations, Sales, Accounting, and Finance to facilitate the various residual payments. The ideal candidate is analytical, meticulous, organized, an effective communicator, and a problem solver. As financial management is crucial for our company's performance, this position will play a big role in the company's growth and success. Responsibilities and Duties

• Analyze, validate, and initiate monthly commissions/residual payments calculated by proprietary software
• Liaise with IT to improve filters within the commission management system
• Review monthly residual commission reports of sales agents to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Provide ad hoc reporting when requested internally or externally
• Assist in process creation and implementation
• Build cross departmental relationships with colleagues to best utilize all resources internally to support agents
• Timely processing of commissions/residuals payments
• Assist Senior Financial Accountant as needed

    • At least 3-5 years of experience in commissions payments and analysis
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables
    • Credit card industry experience preferred
