Analyst, Treasury you will be a key member of the Treasury team
with responsibilities across cash operations and capital markets.
You will be integral to monitoring and managing daily cash
liquidity, maintaining financial flexibility, and analyzing capital
structure and risk mitigation, in partnership with management,
FP&A, accounting and our banking partners. This position can be
based in our offices in Greenwich, Connecticut or Portland, Oregon,

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Analyze Company's daily cash position, working capital
requirements, and cash forecast to ensure optimal use of cash
assets, with a focus in US and Canada
- Initiate the cash movement of funds via wire transfers or the
ACH network
- Review cash transfer procedures to ensure optimal cash flow,
minimal payment system risk, and maximum security of funds in
accordance with company policy.
- Make changes to bank accounts as needed, such as opening,
amending, and closing accounts, maintain the bank account database
and bank portal users, and update signatories as needed
- Produce weekly and monthly treasury reports for management,
prepare related SOX controls
- Work with divisions to ensure they have appropriate banking
services and tools to support their business activities and are
efficiently using services
- Research operational issues for the A/R or AP department
- Support execution of debt, derivative, FX transactions
- Support administration of short-term cash investments and
administration of DB/DC retirement plans
- Participate in the planning and oversight of the company's
ongoing capital funding requirements including analysis using
financial models and forecasts for debt, interest expense, free
cash flow, rating agency, etc.
- Support execution and tracking of equipment leases, letters of
credit, other credit facilities
- Prepare reporting and calculations for liquidity, debt, cost of
capital, derivatives portfolio, FX, counterparty exposures,
settlements, etc.
- Cultivate strong relationships with banking partners and
trading counterparties
- Support compliance with all debt agreements (paying interest
and fees, adherence to financial covenants and other reporting
requirements)
- Execute on best practices and treasury policies and procedures
What you need to succeed at XPO:At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military
experience
- 1 year of related industry experience in corporate finance,
accounting, or banking
- Experience with Windows applications and Microsoft Office
programs such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.It'd be great if you
also have:
- MBA
- CCM or CTP
- 2+ years related experience
- Knowledge of Bloomberg, treasury banking and management
systems, cash management, treasury operations, financial
derivatives, and asset allocation strategies
- Advanced proficiency with Excel VBA macros
- Ability to prioritize projects and to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBe part of
