SummaryThe Operations Analyst will ensure ISO (Independent Sales
Organization) standards are met/exceeded. This position will be
responsible for leading and improving all aspects of the
organization; this includes PayArc's systems, processes, customer
specifications, and more. The ideal candidate has a desire to make
an impact professionally and is self-motivated/goal
oriented.Responsibilities & DutiesCalculate, examine and oversee
residual paymentsResponsible for applying strong analytical skills
and job knowledge to provide direction and guidance to internal
stakeholders and external partners on residual payment inquiries
and issuesAbility to articulate how residual payments are
calculated to stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams
to ensure billing accuracy, propose, and implement billing
systemEnhancements or upgrades to meet evolving business needsApply
knowledge to develop formulas to support customer billing based on
department goalsWork cross departmentally to understand, create,
and maintain company-wide policies and procedures, ensuring
alignment with regulatory standards, implementing version control,
and providing support for training and implementationStrong
understanding of Payarc's business needs to understand purpose and
concept to challenge departments to streamline, automate, and
improve processes and proceduresPerform other duties assigned and
provide operational support for ad-hoc projects as
neededSkills/CompetenciesStrong analytical and mathematical
skillsStrong technical aptitude or willingness to learnDetail
oriented and excellent organizational, planning and prioritization

independentlyQualifications / Experience Required2-3 years of
analytical experienceExperience with various computer skills:

perform the everyday dutiesPayment processing experience is
preferredPossess knowledge of the acquiring business with respect
to industry trends, business risk factors, and other operational
procedures associated with booking merchantsEducation
