Position Overview: As a Financial Analyst III supporting the CeraVe DMI brand, you will play a key role in financial reporting, budget management, and strategic analysis within Client Dermatological Beauty Division. This highly collaborative role interfaces with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Global Corporate teams in Paris. You will be instrumental in driving accurate reporting, budget control, and informed business decisions that support brand and company objectives.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget, ensuring spend is tracked, classified per Client Finance Norms, and aligned with forecasts.-Execute monthly financial closing activities including journal entries, variance analysis, and actuals reporting.-Maintain and update budgets and trends in COMPASS (Cost Module and Officializations).-Partner with DMI Marketing and Finance to analyze spend and identify risks/opportunities.-Perform monthly margin checks across Internal, Triflow, and Export business models.-Lead net sales analysis, margin tracking, and PIG reporting for finished goods and samples.-Deliver commentary and insights on brand gross margins during monthly reviews and budget/trend cycles.-Act as the finance liaison for New Product Launches between DMI Marketing and Operations.-Collaborate with the Industrial Development team and French counterparts to monitor spending vs. budget.-Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations Finance to ensure product hierarchy and PVIS data accuracy.-Participate in ad hoc analysis and special projects to improve reporting, controls, and decision-making support.
