You'll be the go-to expert ensuring each item aligns with our brand standards, working closely with a team committed to precision and excellence in fashion curation. Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour Available Shift Times Multiple shifts available to fit your schedule Key Responsibilities Accurately identify and categorize clothing items based on fabric, construction, and style details Ensure each product meets stylistic and quality standards before processing Use digital tools and catalogs to verify product descriptions and attributes Maintain high accuracy and speed to meet processing targets Support warehouse operations at the returns workstation, including lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and quality control Key Requirements 2–4 years of experience in fashion, retail, styling, merchandising, or e-commerce Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and global fashion trends Sharp eye for detail and style, with ability to articulate clothing features accurately Excellent organizational skills and familiarity with digital catalogs and label descriptions Comfortable working in a repetitive, target-driven environment Ability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 50 lbs High school diploma or GED required Find your next opportunity with Integrity!
