happy hour meetups.Position OverviewAs a real estate salesperson,
you will provide guidance, support, and knowledge to clients
throughout the entire real estate process. This includes conducting
market research, showing properties to potential buyers or tenants,
preparing and presenting offers, negotiating contracts, and
facilitating the closing process.Compensation:$60,000 - $300,000
(commission based)Responsibilities:
- Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow rental
and sales opportunities
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Have local knowledge of the communities and neighborhoods we
work
- "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very
best service and your very best advice to nurture client
relationships and generate repeat and referral
customersQualifications:
- Valid real estate license in the state of New York
- Prior experience in real estate preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and commitment to
promoting equal housing opportunities
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive
experience for clients throughout the transaction process
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to
