will be based in either Whitehouse Station, NJ or Philadelphia, PA
and will report to the Vice President of Business Development.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for developing highly
productive sales relationships with small business owners,
distribution partners, and colleagues. On behalf of Chubb’s Agents
and Brokers, provide recommendations directly to Small Business
Owners to select Chubb as their go-forward provider. Create and
manage a sales plan to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly
objectives. Results-driven individual with superior sales skills
who conducts virtual, telephonic sales calls as part of a
collaborative sales team. Must be able to thrive in a fast paced
and structured environment Demonstrated ability to understand
buying behaviors and effectively position Chubb products, programs,
and services. Develop deep knowledge of all applicable Chubb
products, including BOP, Umbrella, Workers Compensation, Commercial
Auto, as well as a suite of Financial Lines products, including
Cyber, Employment Practices Liability, D&O, E&O, and
Fiduciary coverages. Qualifications 5 years’ proven sales
experience in a high performing culture and organization with
demonstrated ability to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual
production goals. 4- year college degree Insurance experience
preferred Outstanding negotiation, relationship building,
influence, and closing skills Microsoft product knowledge (Excel,
Word, Outlook, OneNote, etc.) The pay range for the role is $75,000
to $111,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s
skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to
participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb

may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the
location in which the position is filled.
